John Newsom
Triathlon & Ironman Coach

John has 15 years triathlon & coaching experience from all corners of the globe. He has raced from super sprint distance to Ironman. John now manages the NZMTC and is a full time coach through coachjohnnewsom.com

John won his first New Zealand title at the age of 17 and raced

professionally in France and throughout Asia for several years. He has extensive coaching backgroung having coached at the Hong Kong Sports Institute, in Europe and in New Zealand. John is now part of the New Zealand High Performance Triathlon Coaching Program with the NZ triathlon Association.
