The New Zealand Multisport and
Triathlon Centre (www.NZMTC.com) is pleased to announce the
forthcoming pre season Ironman training camp in Christchurch,
NZ.
Join our world class coaching team
of Gordo Byrn, Dr John Hellemans and John Newsom to get the
most out of your season.
Camp Focus:
The camp will be knowledge-based
rather than doing long miles of swimming, cycling and running.
This will be done through a series of talks and technique specific
training sessions.

camp is open to long course triathletes of all abilities.

Assemble:
Late afternoon/early evening of Friday 26th Nov in Christchurch
NZ.
Depart: Late afternoon Monday
29th Nov
**NOTE for athletes wishing
to extend their stay at the NZMTC this can easily be arranged.
There is a Half Ironman Race in Ashburton 1hr from Christchurch
on December 5th.
