RUNNING SQUAD - focus on core stability, technique,
drills and intervals
When: Monday night 5:30-7pm
Where: Meet at Active Health QEII
For who: Triathletes, multi-sporters & runners. Abilities
range from 6min/km pace to elite athletes. As long as you are
comfortable running for
90mins you will be able to cope.
How does it work: Pay at Active Health Reception. $8
per run or $70 for 10

For who: Athletes must be a member of the Triathlon Club
