We offer a
full range of sport science testing:
Lactate
testing - will determine individual heart rate zones for the
five levels of training intensity. This knowledge allows people
to train effectively with a heart rate monitor.
Cost NZ$125.00 ($95.00 for 2 or more people)
Intermittent
Hypoxic training- known as altitude simulation for improving
aerobic conditioning and competitive performance, or for altitude
acclimatisation.

exercise test (VO2 Max) which accurately determines the maximum
oxygen a person is capable of taking up. It is a recognised standard
measure of fitness. This test is currently done in conjunction

oxygen uptake. It is widely used for the general public.
Mental
conditioning - can help with goal setting and maintaining
motivation, as well as enhancing performance in competition.
